Author of The Modern Stoic Man
Marek “Raist” Moravcik is the founder of QUANTALIS, LLC, a personal-development company built around one principle: lasting change begins with the way you think, decide, and act when life puts you under pressure.
The work
Clarity under pressure.
His work combines practical Stoicism, disciplined self-leadership, identity reconstruction, and modern behavioral principles to help people move from confusion and internal chaos toward clarity, structure, and deliberate action.
Rather than teaching motivation, Marek focuses on systems.
Control what is yours.
Release what is not.
Define your standards.
Act according to them.
A practical framework
The Modern Stoic Man
A practical framework for men who want to rebuild inner strength, emotional control, personal standards, and direction without pretending that life will become easier.
Through QUANTALIS, LLC, Marek develops courses, books, frameworks, and practical training designed for people who feel stuck, burned out, directionless, or disconnected from the person they know they could become.
QUANTALIS, LLC exists to turn timeless principles into modern operating systems for a clearer mind, stronger identity, and more disciplined life.
The philosophy
“You do not need to control the world around you. You need to become harder to control by it.”Explore the work
